I've been applying agile approaches since 2000 and have experience with a range of agile methods including XP, SCRUM, Lean and DSDM. I took my CSM in 2003 and have been to Scrum Gatherings in Boulder and London.

Unfortunately I don't always get along to LSUG because it clashes with my daughter's trampoline lesson :-(

Recently I organized the Agile Coaches Gathering and I've book coming out on the topic of Agile Coaching with Pragmatic Bookshelf.
