From Scrum

How about a general theme for each session, e.g. User Stories, or Estimating, or definition of Done?

A presentation on the problems someone has encountered with an aspect of that theme would be interesting and would then spark a discussion.

We could then see where that discussion gets us, if there were several distinct areas we could split into groups to discuss, or we could elect to kick the main discussion around...
